1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1 How to Cancel
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation requests can also be sent to support@iasowl.com
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
1.2 Effect of Cancellation
- You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
- No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the current billing period
- Auto-renewal will be disabled upon cancellation
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers:
Eligible for Full Refund:
- Request made within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
- First-time subscribers only (not applicable to renewals)
- Account has not been used excessively (defined as <5 practice sessions)
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Requests made after 7 days from purchase
- Subscription renewals (auto-renewal or manual)
- Accounts with excessive usage during trial period
- Violations of Terms of Service
2.2 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues preventing platform access:
- Report the issue to support@iasowl.com within 48 hours
- We will attempt to resolve the issue within 72 hours
- If unresolved, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or subscription extension
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Blood Pact deposits: Forfeited amounts due to incomplete sessions
- Partial month subscriptions: Unused days in the current billing period
- Add-on purchases: One-time purchases or additional features
- Promotional discounts: Discounted subscriptions purchased during sales
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund

3.2 Refund Method
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank transfer refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect
- UPI/wallet refunds typically process within 3-5 business days
- Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable
4. Blood Pact Financial Accountability
4.1 Understanding Blood Pact
- Optional feature requiring upfront deposit (e.g., ₹500-₹2000)
- Deposit is forfeited if you fail to complete scheduled practice sessions
- This is a commitment mechanism, not a subscription fee
4.2 No Refunds on Forfeited Amounts
- Forfeited Blood Pact deposits are non-refundable
- By opting into Blood Pact, you acknowledge and accept the loss aversion mechanism
- This is clearly disclosed before you activate the feature
4.3 Unused Blood Pact Deposits
- If you complete all sessions, unused deposits may be:
- Refunded to your original payment method
- Credited to your IASOwl account for future use
- Rolled over to the next Blood Pact cycle (if you choose to continue)
5. Exceptional Circumstances
5.1 Medical or Personal Emergencies
In case of serious medical emergencies or unforeseen personal circumstances:
- Contact info@iasowl.com with supporting documentation
- We will review requests on a case-by-case basis
- We may offer subscription pause, extension, or partial refund at our discretion
5.2 Service Discontinuation
If IASOwl discontinues services:
- Active subscribers will receive pro-rated refunds
- Minimum 30 days’ notice will be provided
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of service closure
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
6.1 Contact Us First
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank:
- Contact info@iasowl.com to resolve the issue
- Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication
- Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation
6.2 Fraudulent Chargebacks
- Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent disputes
- Your account access will be suspended during chargeback investigation
7. Pricing Errors
If a pricing error occurs:
- We will notify affected users within 48 hours
- You may choose to:
- Pay the correct price difference
- Cancel and receive a full refund
- We are not obligated to honor incorrect pricing
8. GST and Taxes
- All prices include applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax)
- Refunds will include the GST amount paid
- Tax invoices are available in your account dashboard

10. Consumer Rights
